Kohelet Moshe, Lublin [1904], First Edition - Segulah Book
Commentary and sermons on the Torah and holidays by the holy Rabbi Moshe Elyakim Briyah of Kozhnitz, preacher of the Kozhnitz community, son and successor of the Maggid of Kozhnitz, with compilations from his father, Rabbi Yisrael, the "Maggid of Kozhnitz." Lublin [1904].
The book is adorned by thirty-six of Poland's Admors. On pages 235-239, Torah compilations by the rabbi, the maggid of Kozhnitz. Pages 239-240 describe conduct "a person should do, and live by them."
From the time of its printing, the book was considered a "segulah book," which provides blessing and protection for them home in which it is held. This virtue is mentioned in the many approbations appearing at the beginning of the book - for example, Rabbi Meir Yechiel of Ostrovtza writes: "His holy words will bear fruit and it is an awesome segulah for blessing to dwell in their home." Rabbi Avrahm of Lublin writes: "The merit of the holy author will protect those who take (this book) to save them from any trouble and distress." Rabbi Avraham of Parysow: "It is a great mitzvah to receive the blessing of this holy book into his home." Owner's stamp of Rabbi Shlomo Langner Karanta.
In the list of subscribers, hundreds of names are mentioned, including great rabbinic and chassidic leaders of the day.
