RUSSIAN IMPERIAL ROMANOV FAMILY: A rare multiple signed 8vo feint ruled page by Romanov family members, six signatures in total, each one dating it alongside his signature, comprising Grand Duke ANDREI VLADIMIROVICH (1879-1956), grandson of Emperor Alexander II and cousin of Tsar Nicholas II, dated in his hand 4th March 1906; Grand Duchess XENIA ALEXANDROVNA (1875-1960) elder daughter of Emperor Alexander III and sister of Tsar Nicholas II, dated in her hand, 6th April 1906; Grand Duke ALEXANDER MIKHAILOVICH (1866-1933) grandson of Emperor Nicholas I, brother in law and advisor to Tsar Nicholas II; Grand Duchess ELIZABETH FEODOROVNA (1864-1918) Princess Elizabeth of Hesse and by Rhine. Sister of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, last Empress of Russia and wife of Tsar Nicholas II. Known for her beauty and charitable works among the poor. After her husband Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich, son of Emperor Alexander II, was assassinated in 1905, she became a nun. She was executed by the Bolsheviks. Princess Elizabeth was canonized in 1981. Dated in her hand 1907; Grand Duchess MARIA PAVLOVNA (1854-1920) Duchess Marie of Mecklenburg-Schwerin Spouse of Grand Duke Vladimir Alexandrovich, son of Emperor Alexander II. Dated in her hand, Moscow 1907; and Grand Duke SERGEI ALEXANDROVICH (1857-1905) Son of Emperor Alexander II and uncle of Tsar Nicholas II. An influential figure during the reigns of his brother Alexander III and his nephew Nicholas II. Dated in his hand 20th January 1902.
