Agra De'Khalah - kabbalist and Hassidic commentary on the sayings of the Sages, Midrash, translations and the Rashi commentary ordered by the Parshiyot of the Torah, including sermons he delivered on Sabbaths. By the Rebbe, Rabbi Zvi Elimelech Shapira of Dinov, author of "Bnei Yossachar".
Two sections with two separate title pages. Section A - Bereshit. Section B - Shemot-Devarim. The book was published by Rabbi Avraham Nissan Zeiss Segal, who bought the manuscript from the author's grandson, Rabbi Meir Meshulam Shapira. On the page before the introduction, the deeds of the buying of the manuscripts were printed.
The book is approbated by the Rebbe Rabbi Chaim Halberstam of Sanz and Rabbi Yosef Shaul Ha'Lebi Nathansohn, Av Beit Din of Lvov, who praise the author and what he writes.
The author, one of the most prominent Hassidic rabbis, the disciple of the Seer of Lublin, the Maggid of Koznitz, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rimnov and Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel, author of "Ohev Yisrael". He was a rabbi and Av Beit Din of many communitites and the founder of the Dinov Hassidic dynasty. Author of the well-known book "Bnei Yissachar". He introduced many Segulot, the most well-known being the Segulah for finding a spouse by saying Pslams 124 four times a day.
