Psak Din Morocco - signed by the Gaon Chaim Amram Elbaz, and Rabbi David Maman, and with the approval of the Rabad Rabbi Abba Elbaz - Zifro 1923.

Rabbi Chaim Amram Elbaz - and Rabbi David Maman: one of the greatest Rabbis and Dini Tzafro.
Rabbi Abba Elbaz: (1851-1938) was a great Torah genius and son of Rabbi Masoud Elbaz.
He became the chief rabbi and chief rabbi of Zifro for many years. At the end of his life Dayan was appointed as the deputy to Rabbi Shalom Azulai. Won his heroism and remained in this appointment until his dying day.
Among his writings are "Zubachai HaZevah" on ritual slaughter and ritual slaughter, "Din Abba" Halachic responsa, "Milly Daba" for Ketuvim on the Torah (published by his grandson Rabbi Meir Elbaz) Different.
