Long Letter from Rabbi CHAIM ZVI EHRENREICH of Mad - 1931
A beautiful long letter from Rabbi Chaim Zvi Ehrenreich. The letter dated 131, is about the hallachic issues related to Krias haTorah. 9" x 6" inches.
Rabbi Chaim Zvi Ehrenreich (1875-1936), wa Rabbi of Mad from 1932-1936 and served as its Rosh Yeshiva as well. He was a grandson of the Kol Aryeh [Rabbi Avraham Yehuda Schwartz] and was one of the prominent Hungarian Rabbis of his time.
He authored "Katzeh Hamateh" on Rabbi Efraim Zalman Margolios "Mateh Efraim", and "Chaim" on Rabbi Efraim Zalman's "Shaarei Efraim" on Krias Hatorah. After he passed away his responsa "Kav Hachaim" was published.
