A humorous booklet making a laughing stock of the 'disease' of jubilee celebrations that were common among the Jews of the Land of Israel. It tells about the 50th birthday of one of the mythological figures of Jerusalem during the Ottoman Period - the coachman Chaim Ya'akov who was referred to by many books of the time.
A rare, special item that reflects the Jewish life in the Land of Israel in those day in a humorous manner. Naturally, not many copies of the booklet had survived.
