A songbook of Jewish holiday songs, edited by Arno Nadel. With two decorations by Joseph Budko (on the front cover and on the first title page).
A bound volume compiling 9 booklets (no additional booklets were printed). In each booklet appear one or several songs, accompanied by sheet music and by lyrics (Romanized Hebrew). The booklets were printed continuously in the years 1917-1918 and were bound together in the volume presented here in 1919. Separate title page for each booklet; additional title page at the opening of the volume.
[23] leaves (3-6 pp in each booklet), volume: 33 cm. Good condition. Slight stains, some tears at corners. Some scribbles in pencil and in pen. Stains to binding. Torn spine, reinforced with a cloth strip.
