Palestine/Yishuv: metal & enamel medal of #3 "Moriah" Freemason's Lodge, circa. 1938; not maker-marked; size (medal): 4.05 x 4.6cm; weight: 31.8g. In English & Hebrew; references cities where lodge operated (Jaffa & Tel Aviv); triangular device with image Mosque of Omar; below, numbers 5928-5938 (may be mis-rendered Hebrew dates, probably "1928 - 1938"). Founded Avraham Meir Abushadid, Jerusalem in 1913 & closed 1914; re-founded in Jaffa, 1928 & Abushadid served as president until his death, 1930. Moriah was among 7 lodges which formed the "National Grand Lodge of Palestine" (1933; now Grand Lodge of the State of Israel).
