A bill for payment of 2 marks to an SS canteen in Buchenwald. These coupons were used by the SS as an equivalent of money for meals in the Buchenwald camp.

Buchenwald - was a large concentration camp in German territory with about 130 sub-camps and foreign units. The camp was established in 1937 and housed political prisoners and later Jewish prisoners, from Kristallnacht and Austria. The camp was conquered by the Allies on 11.4.1945.
