Letter of Torah novellae in handwriting and signature of the Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Kahana Heller - to the holy Rabbi Moshe Shifman - one of the greatest disciples of the Chatam Sofer.
The letter "on the matter has no mission to commit an offense.
Rabbi Yechiel Kahana Heller (died 1826), son of Rabbi Yehuda Kahana-Heller, author of Kuntres Ha-Sufikot, a famous Gaon rabbi, served as the rabbi of Salka, Hungary (Otzar HaRabbanim-9166). 
Rabbi Moshe Lipman (1811-1894), one of the greatest disciples of the Chatam Sofer, lived in his youth in Livnat (a place where the letter was written), became the Av Beit Din of Mashkavitz (Binyamin), and Av Beit Din of Vititz Became the district rabbi in Irnoy, and eventually moved to Prague, survived in the writings of what he copied from the teachings of his master, the Chatam Sofer, and his words were published in the books of the Chatam Sofer on the Talmud that were printed recently.
