Letter handwritten and signed by Rabbi Yechiel Tuvia Ostrich, signed by his father-in-law Rabbi Leibush Rosenberg - Chief Rabbinate of Tel Aviv.
In the letter he asks for a woman with several children who do not have the means to make a living, that the husband will help the children, and then she will receive a divorce as well.
Rabbi Leibush Rosenberg was a rabbi and member of the Rabbinical Council of Lodz and one of the greatest disciples of Rebbe Yechiel Meir of Ostrovza and of the disciples of Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heshil Bernstein of Sanhedry, '.
Rabbi Yechiel Tuvia Ostrich: He was a judge at the court of his father-in-law Rabbi Rosenberg.
