In the book's introduction, Rabbi Ephraim Zalman Margaliot of Brody (author of Sha'arei Teshuvah and Yad Ephrayim) wrote that his older brother, Rabbi Chaim Mordechai Margaliot, Av Beit Din of Dubna, brought the book to print but passed away before the book was published.

Fine condition. Without a binding. The spine disintegrated in such a way that the book divided into two parts.
