Ein Yaakov with the Aggadot of the Talmud Bavli and Yerushalmi. Sections 2-4. [Koenigsberg, 1860?]. 3 volumes (of 5). Section two: 336 leaves. Section three: 286 leaves. Section four: 388 leaves. 11 cm. On the title page: With many benefits: 1> Complete, not missing anything…2> Proofread, without mistakes…3> Remarks and comments….4> Critique of the B”Ch on the Aggadot. Owner signature of R’ Yaakov Shapira. These sections are bibliographically unknown. There is one known solitary copy of section one in the National Library, according to which it is listed in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book. Original, half-leather bindings. Section two and three are in very fine condition. The binding and title page of the fourth section are blemished. Fine condition.
