Shulchan Aruch – laws of shechita and treifot by Rabbi Yosef Karo. With the comments of the Rama and other comments, appropriate for the Yemenite customs by “Yechya ben..Yosef Tzalach…”. Apparently the author of “Zevach Todah”. Yemen, 19th century. [50] leaves. 16×11 cm. Yemenite script. Yechya Tzalach added an introduction (2b-5a) in which he describes his system. He writes at its conclusion: “And it is written on the name…Pinchas ben..Saadya”. Leaves 47b-48b: Laws of treifot of the lungs, and it mentions “Our Rabbis…Yechaya and..Yosef, sons of Shalom Iraqi, and Mohr”r Mashraki agees’. Leaves 48b-49b: “Seder HaNikur from the Ba’al HaItur, authored by Rabbi Yaakov, one of the authors.” New binding. Minimal worming holes in the blank margins. Fine condition.
