De Rossi estimated that the manuscript was from the 13th centuries, according to Ram Lotzki: “Written on parchment in Mizrahi block lettering by a clear sofer (scribe), maybe from Babylon, at the end of the 5th millennium (Jewish calendar).” | Thick, quality pages.
