Simchat Torah - State Medal, Bronze, 1994.
The eighth day of Sukkot - Shemini Atzeret - is called "Simchat Torah" because on that day they finish the annual reading of the Torah according to its parsha and begin a new cycle from Bereshit.
In honor of the end of the Torah reading, the kafos are held around the synagogue's podium with the Torah scroll. The Torah reading of the last verses is called "the bridegroom of Torah" and the person who follows him to read the first verses of the Book of Genesis is called "the bridegroom of Bereshit." "Bride" - that is the Torah.

Reverse: A dancer prays with a Torah scroll in his hands, on his left the Holy Ark and the inscription "Toratcha Sha'a'i". At the bottom, along the circumference, figures of worshipers dancing.
