A Picture Album Made of Stone – Exodus- Cyprus internment camps
A photo album made of stone with the symbol of the illegal immigrant ship "Exodus".
The album was made in Cyprus internment camps and was given as a gift to Perry.
On the cover is engraved the word "independence", as well as an illustration of anchor and the number 13.
The album belonged to Micha Perry (Pearlson), Palmach fighter who was deputy to Yossi Harel, commander of the Exodus, and was responsible for the resistance organization on the ship. Perry was the only Palmachnik who continued with the deportees on the ships being deported back to Europe.
