Kvital [names for prayer] in the holy handwriting of the Chazon Ish.
Kvitl leaf of names for prayer given to the Chazon Ish, which he wrote in his own handwriting to pray for them.
In the history of the Chazon Ish is told that he kept in his attic all the many letters that were piled on his desk. One of the people who asked for his permission to evict them from his home was refused, saying, "The Jew who wrote the note is tired of writing it, because he writes here how painful it is to write such a note." (Ma'aseh Ish A p. 198).
On these notes, Maran Chazon Ish would write names that he had been given to pray for.
