Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Shor Av Beit Din of Bucharest (1836-1894 Otzar HaRabbanim 11223) The grandson and disciple of the Ga'on Rabbi Aharon Moshe Toibash of "Karnei Re'em" (edited by him) served as rabbi of Bucharest for nearly thirty years and his influence was tremendous, He is the son-in-law of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Ashkenazi-Frenkel, who is one of the signatories.  (the Encyclopaedia of Romanian Sages, p. 735. )
The Gaon Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Ashkenazi-Frenkel (?- 1864 - Otzar HaRabbanim 12491) was the son of Rabbi Meshulam Zalman Frankel-Ashkenazi, Av Beit Din of Bucharest, and the descendant of the "Ba'al Shem Tov"' and Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev. From 1848 he was the Ra'avad of Bucharest. In these positions he also served during the years of the Malbim in the Bucharest rabbinate in 1858-1864. He immigrated to Safed in 1873.
