"Kol Yerushalayim" (the voice of Jerusalem) was the name of the Hebrew broadcasts of the radio station of the British mandate. The mandatory radio broadcasted in the three official languages of the British Mandate – English, Hebrew and Arabic. "Kol Yerushalayim" opened its broadcasts on March 30 1936 and continued to broadcast until the establishment of the state.
