Baruch Ta'am by Rabbi Baruch Teomim Frenkel, Lemberg 1841. First edition.

Baruch Ta'am - two sections, novellae and in-depth discussions on Talmudic topics and responsa by Rabbi Baruch Frenkel Teomim - Av Beit Din of Leipnik. The start of the second section includes the approbations of the Chatam Sofer and others, in addition to the foreword of his son, Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Teomim Frenkel.
