14K gold and silver pendant/brooch. Set with a central old cut diamond weighing approximately 1.6 carats, surrounded by 5 diamonds with a total weight of approximately 1.8 ct and 4 additional simulate stones (not diamonds). On the top part an old mine brilliant cut diamond weighing 2.25 ct. (color W-X and I2 clearness), surrounded by additional diamonds. Height: 6 cm. Total weight: 26.8 grams. The 2 major diamonds need are loose.
