A ruling by the Badatz of the congregation of Adass Yisroel in Berlin, tto permit a man to marry a second wife with the approval of 100 rabbis, signatures (printed), rabbis David Tzvi Hoffman, Rabbi Azriel Hacohen Munk, and Rabbi Yosef Wahlgmote.

This postcard was sent to the rabbis to join the rabbis who permitted it.

Rabbi David Zvi Hoffman - [1843-1921] Studied with the author of the Ktav Sofer and Maharam Schick, was one of the leaders of German Jewry at the end of the 19th century and the leader of the "Torah with Derech Eretz" school. He also headed the rabbinical seminary in Berlin. His Responsa "Melamed L'Ho'il" and he also wrote other commentaries and essays (Otzar HaRabbanim 5206).
Rabbi Dr. Yosef Wahlgamote -(1867-1942) Was famous for his wisdom and sharpness in the Torah, and mainly because of his books and various publications. He was an Orthodox rabbi, teacher and educator, a theologian and religious philosopher, and his greatest work is the Jewish guide, written in German on 14 elegant volumes, "The Book of the Jews" "Monatsschrift für Lehre und Leben im Judenthum", published by Yeshurun, was a senior teacher at the Great Rabbinical Seminary under the leadership of Rabbi Azriel Hildesheimer in Berlin, together with Rabbi David Zvi Hoffman. Rabbi Ezriel (Ezra) Hacohen Munk , a famous rabbi and genius, was the rabbi of the congregation of Adass Yisroel in Berlin. In 1985 he immigrated to Eretz Israel (Otzar HaRabbanim 16570).
