A Large Shabbat Kiddush Cup, Germany, 19th Century
Description: Raised on a domed base embossed with a floral band. The bowl finely chased, embossed and hammered with clusters of flowers amidst birds and topped by a band engraved with an original Hebrew inscription "Observe the sabbath day". Apparently unmarked.
