Information:
Anna Pavlovna Pavlova (1881-1931) - one of the greatest ballet dancers of the twentieth century. In 1909 she participated in the Diaghilev's "Russian Seasons" in Paris which let her worldwide fame begin. Malvina Hoffman (1885 - 1966) - sculptor, photographer. She was awarded many prizes and honors, including a membership to the National Sculpture Society. She was particularly known for her sculptures of dancers, such as Anna Pavlova and Vatslav Nijinsky. The last sculptural portrait of Anna Pavlova by Malvina Hoffman was made in 1923.
