"Mishna Brura" - "Muga" - original bindings - Warsaw-Piatrkow, 1890-1906 - very rare.

Six parts of Mishne Berura, commentary on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim, by Rabbi Yisrael Meir HaCohen of Radin, Hafetz Chaim. Warsaw-Piotrkow, 1890-1906].

At the beginning of all the books was added in the author's handwriting in ink or pencil: "Mogah".

Rabbeinu Chafetz Chaim would make sure to examine every book that was sold for printing errors, (loose sheets or loose leaves) lest he fail the prohibition of theft and fraud if he sells a defective book at a fixed price. Each book that was examined received a handwritten inscription on the pages "muga" (It is accepted that he would make sure to write it himself in his own handwriting, for fear that those who help him in the holy work would write a "proof" without sufficient examination). Many of these drawings have disappeared over the years due to the re-binding of the books or the writing of the inscription in pencil.

Part 1: Pietrekov 1890. 155 leaves, a muga inscription in pen.

Part II: Pietrekov, 1890. 308 leaves. a penciled inscription "muga".

Part 3: Piotrkow 1906. [1]  390 leaves. a penciled inscription "muga".

Part 4: Piotrkow 1890 [2]  391-580 leaves. a muga inscription in pen.

Part 5: Warsaw, 1906. 306 leaves a penciled inscription "muga".
