Собственноручная запись графини о принадлежности записной книжки на свободном листе форзаца. Владельческие записи, преимущественно на французском языке, занимают практически весь объём записной книжки. Это заметки по всемирной истории, памятные даты, формулы вежливости и проч. Бумажный экслибрис Л.В. Иславина на форзаце. После последней записи графини, ближе к концу записной книжки, собственноручная надпись Г. Распутина (на 2-х с.): "яко кадило прет тобою воздеяния руку моею жертву вечерния Господи исуси христе сыне боже молится. 13го февраля / иже херувимы. тайно образующе". Первая часть автографа - одна из строк псалма 140, вторая - первые слова "Херувимской песни". Без указания даты и места. Софья Петровна Завадовская (Козловская; 1795-1829) - фрейлина высочайшего двора. Ушла от мужа из-за его пьянства и тайно обвенчалась с Александром Михайловичем Исленьевым (1794-1882) - офицером, участником войны 1812 года и заграничных походов. Но брак не был признан, а их дети получили фамилию Иславины. Одна из их дочерей, Любовь Александровна Иславина, в замужестве Берс, стала матерью Софьи Андреевны Толстой, жены писателя графа Л.Н. Толстого. Провенанс: Лев Владимирович Иславин (1866-1934), действительный статский советник; внук Софьи Петровны Завадовской (Козловской). Был правоведом и сделал карьеру в дипломатической сфере. Служил генеральным консулом в Ницце, затем в Вене. После Февральской революции остался при Николае II дипломатическим представителем Временного правительства, а после Октябрьской революции – белогвардейского правительства России (до 1919 г.). Известен так же как библиофил и коллекционер.
