A gold finger ring comprising a flat hoop with granulated band to the outer face, applied granules to the shoulders, discoid bezel with granulated rim, inset agate medusa mask cameo. 4.09 grams, 21.54mm overall, 19.48mm internal diameter (approximate size British S 1/2, USA 9 1/2, Europe 21.00, Japan 20) (3/4"). Very fine condition.
