13th-14th century AD
A broad bronze bowl with everted chamfered rim, band of reserved text below the rim on a hatched field, arcading below. 1.1 kg, 24.5cm (9 1/2"). Fine condition.

Property of a North London gentleman; formerly with a Mayfair gallery in the 1980s.
