Islamic Inscribed Ring
14th-15th century AD
A silver ring comprising a D-section hoop with applied brass(?) panels, octagonal bezel with chamfered sides, incised inscription. 15.96 grams, 25.65mm overall, 19.00mm internal diameter (approximate size British R, USA 8 1/2, Europe 18 3/4, Japan 18) (1"). Fine condition.
Provenance
Property of a West London businessman, formed in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
