A bronze finger ring comprising a faceted hoop and discoid bezel with intaglio griffin above a small bird, pellets and foliage in the field. 7.94 grams, 26.87mm overall, 20.15mm internal diameter (approximate size British U 1/2, USA 10 1/4, Europe 23.15, Japan 22) (1"). Very fine condition. A large wearable size.
Provenance
From an important North West London collection; acquired in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
