On the title page of the book is a signed dedication by the author: "
A gift given to the entire Chacham Rabbi Avraham Rechaima and was read by him throughout his life ... Chaim Menachem Frangi" On the leaflet and among the pages of the book, of Chidushei Torah in lengthy handwriting, as well as glosses. it is possible that this is the handwriting of Rabbi Eliyahu Hazan [1848-1908 Chacham Bashi and the chief rabbi of Tripoli in Libya], as well as a number of glosses from another writer.
