8 stamps of the settlement ransom, character series banks.
"Kufer HaYishuv": was a fund for the security of the Yishuv, which operated until the establishment of the state. The fund operated by imposing taxes on the Jewish community in Palestine and collecting donations. The indirect tax was imposed on travel by public transport, cigarettes, banks and insurance companies, and the like. Approvals for the payment of indirect taxes were the ransom of the settlement.
