Two printed letters. Sent to Bertha Hermann. Vienna, 1902, [1904].
1. Letter of gratitude by Theodor Herzl in response to a condolences letter sent to him when his father passed away.
2. Invitation from the Zionistische Aktions-Komitee to a concert in memory of Theodor Herzl which was held a week after Herzl’s demise.
The addressee, Bertha Hermann, was a member of “Moria” Jewish Women Union in Vienna. The letters are within the original envelopes (no stamps). 8 cm, good condition.
