Manuscript containing responsa and halachic rulings, homiletics, compilations of novellae, charts of Goralot, Segulot and cures, prayers and riddles, Et Sofer – version of shtarot, Seder Olam, Ramban's Igeret HaMusar etc. [Fez, Morocco, 18th/19th century].
Responsa and halachic rulings by Rabbi Shlomo Amar, Rabbi Shmuel HaTzarfati, laws of terefot according to Fez customs, customs by Rabbi Refael Bardugo and customs of the Rabbi HaMarbitz. Homiletic to a responsum by Rabbi Maimon Bardugo. Entire homiletics written by several Moroccan Torah scholars. Also in the compilation of novellae are many quotes by Moroccan scholars, [from the Fez region]; HaRav HaMevin (Rabbi Moshe Bardugo), HaRav HaMashbir, Rabbi Yehuda ben Atar, Rabbi Moshe ben Va'ish, Rabbi Moshe ben Chamu, etc.
On the last page are many signatures of renowned Moroccan rabbis and Torah scholars: Rabbi Ya'akov Toledano, Rabbi Baruch Maman, Rabbi Shlomo Simchon, Rabbi Chaviv Toledano, Rabbi Yosef Bahalul, Rabbi Masud ben Chefetz, Rabbi Yosef ben Malka who mentions the name of his father Rabbi "Maimon ben Malka". Marginalia by several writers, some signed. Many glosses handwritten and signed by Rabbi Maimon Malka. Glosses signed "Mevin" and other signed glosses.
Additional later signatures of Rabbi "Baruch ben Ya'akov" and of "He'ach Nafsheinu ", by the writer who received the book from Rabbi Gavriel ben Ya'akov.
Approximately 157 pages. More than 310 written pages. 21 cm. Varying condition, fair to fair-poor, spotting and moisture and fungus damages, faded ink on some leaves. Wear and worm damage. Detached leaves. Unbound.
