Medallion – Opening of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem
Medallion in honor of the opening of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, 1925.
Obverse: front of the Hebrew University building and the inscription: "From Zion shall come forth Torah and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem".
Reverse: a Star of David with an inscription in the center: "7th of Nissan 1925 Mordechai [M]inskover". Surrounded by the inscription: "Day of the opening of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem".
Diameter: 17 mm. Hook for hanging.
