Refuat Neshamah, prayers to be said with the sick until the soul's departure, according to the customs of the chevrot kadisha in Furth. Rare.
The prayers are compiled from the book Ma'avar Yabok by kabbalist Rabbi Aharon Berachyah of Modena. "Kitzur Ma'avar Yabok" appears at the tops of the pages, and this is what the book is called in the many following editions.
