Letter from Dr. Elazar Greenhut to Dr. Emanuel Lev of Szeged. Jerusalem, [1906].
Apparently, the letter was sent to Dr. Emanuel Lev [a known scholar and a rabbi of neologism in Szeged, Hungary] while editing one of the books of Midrash published by Rbbi Greenhut. Rabbi Dr. Elazar Greenhut (1850-1913). A rabbi and an intellectual, served as Rabbi in several communities in Hungary, immigrated to Israel and was appointed as manager of the Ashkenasi orphanage in Jerusalem. He published hidden Midrashim from manuscripts and research in the field of Midrash in the six volumes of Sefer HaLikutim.
