“Nesher” Cement Manufacturer in Haifa – Zoltan Kluger and the Meyer Sisters
~ Thirty high quality black and white photos of the “Nesher” cement factories in Haifa, by Zoltan Kluger and the sister photographers Charlotte and Gerda Meyer, plus three additional photographs. Show the factory buildings and various facilities and machines. In a thick album, with an engraved dedication tablet “In memory of the blessed activity of Dr. Karl (Haim) Landau z”l…”, 1950. 16.5x23.5cm photographs, 29.5x26.5cm album. Good condition.
~ Six black and white photographs taken at the opening ceremony of the cultural center named after Karl Landau at “Givat Nesher”, [May 1957] plus one additional photo. 12x17.5cm photographs, 19.5x28cm album. Fair-good condition.
~ Dr. Haim Karl Landau, the man behind the “Sollel Boneh” construction company, was appointed director of the “Nesher” factory in 1945.
