Ma'asseh Beit Din Signed by the kabbalist Rebbe Yisrael Abuhatzeira the "Baba Sali"
Pesak Din (halachic ruling) confirmed by the Rebbe rabbi Yisrael Abuhatzeira the "Baba Sali" from the time he served as Rosh Av Beit Din of Erfoud. Erfoud, 1950.
The ruling was written and signed by the Dayanim of the Beit Din: Rabbi Avraham Alessari and Rabbi Shimon Abuhatzeira (several signatures) and was then given to the "Baba Sali" for confirmation. Appearing on the lower part of the page is his handwritten signature and personal stamp.
The Rebbe rabbi Yisrael Abuhatzeira (1890-1984), the son of Rabbi Massud Abuhatzeira the son of the Rebbe, the "Abir Ya'akov" Abuhatzeira. A Torah and kabbalah genius, holy and pure since his youth. Served as the Chief Rabbi of Erfoud. 1964, he immigrated to Israel and settled in Netivot. Was a well-known miracle-worker.
