Shemirat HaLashon. First edition of the famous book by Rabbi Yisrael Meir Cohen, author of Chafetz Chaim.
This is one of the first books by the author of Chafetz Chaim. It was printed without mention of the author's name, except for an inscription in the margins of the title page in Cyrillic letters [I. M. Kagan].
76 pages, 21 cm. There are copies which include the "Sefat Tamim" compilation; fine condition. Stamp of R' Yosef Saporsnik of London. Tiny perforation in the title page, without blemish. Tiny tears in the last leaf with very slight damage to text. Magnificent new leather binding.
