Yesod Yosef - holy customs and wondrous morals from words of the ancients and from the Zohar in matters of sanctity and rectification of the foundation, by Rabbi Yosef Av Beit Din of Dubno (rabbi of the author of Kav HaYashar). Zhitomir, 1867. Lacking the end. Owners' signatures.
Rabbi Aharon of Chernoby's approbation is at the beginning of the book, wherein he attests, "I remember that Yesod Yosef did not leave the table of my father, the G-dly Admo"r" (Rabbi Mordechai of Chernobyl). He adds a request that everyone purchase this book and read it to the best of his ability, "And he will be additionally blessed for his benefit spiritually and materially, with life, children, and abundant livelihood." The publisher also earned a blessing from the Admo"r Rabbi Yitzchak of Skver for this print while he was with him.
Many owners' signatures, including: Rabbi Yosef David Brandwein [of Safed], and apparently other members of his family, Moshe Aharon Horowitz Segal, Chaim Aharon ... grandson of "the Angel" and of the maggid.

Moderate-fine condition. Blemishes in the white margins without damage to text. Unbound. Several detached leaves.
