Letter to a Bar Mitzvah Boy Signed by the Admo"r of Lubavitch: "May Hash-m Grant him Success to be a Chassid with Fear of Heav-n and a Torah Scholar." 14 Shevat 1967

In his letter to the avreich David Tzvi, the Rebbe blesses him profusely:

"May it be Hash-m's will that from the age of 13 years he grow to 15 years, according to the ruling of the mishnah ... and may his perseverance and diligence in Torah study increase, in the revealed Torah and also in Chassidic doctrine, and may he be praiseworthy in his fulfillment of mitzvahs. And may Hash-m grant him success to be a chassid with fear of Heav-n and a Torah scholar."

The Admo"r Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson [1902-1994] was the seventh leader in the dynasty of Admo"rs of Lubavitch. He began serving as Admo"r and continued until his passing. He was a tremendous genius in all realms of Torah and his net was - and still is - cast across the entire world.

[1] aerogram, 15 cm. The letter is typewritten and signed at the end in the rebbe's hand; fine condition. Light professional restoration.
