Tractate Avot, with Mann commentary, rare copy with stamp of the author Rabbi Menachem Nachum Friedman of Itzkan [Bukovina] (set to be Rabbi of Stefanesti). Vienna 1920
Tractate Avot, with Mann commentary, by Rabbi Menachem Nachum Friedman (of Stefanesti), Rabbi of Itzkan [Bukovina]. Vienna 1920.

Rabbi Menachem Nachum Friedman the Admo"r of Itzkan, son of hrh"k Rabbi Avrham Yehoshua Heshil of Adjud, son of hrh"k Rabbi Yitzchok of Buhush and son of sister of the holy Rabbi Avraham Mattityahu of Stefanesti whom he groomed and prepared to fill his place as Admo"r of Stefanesti and gave him for many years the spiritual strength and noble benefits to continue the golden crown of the Stefanesti dynasty from the beautiful and noble courtyard of hrh"k of Ruzhin.
Sadly, Rabbi Menachem Nachum passed away one month before his great uncle and therefor ended the holy chain of 'Stefanesti' to which many flocked from all over Romania and surrounding countries.

Onian printers [Appel brothers] Vienna.
