In 1965, the aging Satmar Rov embarked by ship on his last visit to Eretz Yisroel, arriving by ship at the Haifa Port. In an unprecedented welcome, the Eidah Ha’Chareidis rented a special train from Yerusholayim to Haifa for the masses who wished to welcome the Rebbe. Special tickets were printed with the stamp of the Eidah Ha’Chareidis instead of the insignia of the state run Israel Railways. With stamp of the Eidah Ha’Chareidis on the back.
