Three rare booklets of the 'Darkeinu' youth movement, published after the Holocaust, New York mid-1940s. The pamphlets were published once a month by the National Council of pirchei Agudath Israel, edited by Rabbi Meyer j. Strassfeld.


* Booklet No. 4 February 1946, main topic - The figure of Rabbi Meir Shapira of Lublin, a rare photograph of Rabbi Meir Shapira near Hanukkah candles.


* Pamphlet No. 6 April 1946 - main topic - Passover.  On the page about Egyptian bondage Illustration of Nazi soldiers with swastika in their clothes, beating a Jew wrapped in a prayer shawl.


* Booklet No. 5 January 1947 - main topic - the tenth of Tevet tzom on the interior pages Photograph of Youth Union visit the Buchenwald concentration camp.


The National Library has various booklets published in this publication since 1951. The booklets before us do not appear in the National Library.
