Russia, Gzhel. Porcelain, polychrome painting, gilding. Height - 29 cm, base width - 16 cm.
Information:
Lange Boris Nikolaevich (Berngardovich) (1888 - 1969) - a sculptor, painter, ceramist and a teacher. Since 1918 a member of the Union of applied arts and art industry. In 1920-1923 he taught at the ceramic faculty of VHUTEMAS (painting course). Supervised the work of handicrafts, Gzhel artels and also worked for them. Participant of the International Exhibition in Paris (1925), in Monza-Milan (1927).
