Rabbi Eliezer HaLevi Isch Horovitz of Tarnogród, author of 'Amarot Tehorot' and 'Noam Magidim' (and 'Kevod HaTorah'), was from a great disciple of Rabbi Elimelech of Lizhensk and from the Chozeh of Lublin and the Magid of Koznitz. Merited to be admired by many great sages of the generation. Was known as wonderful lecturer. He influenced many of the Tanogrod community. Hrh"k the Chozeh, who accepted upon himself not to give endorsements on sefarim, attested that excluding him since he does not need his endorsement.
