Magnificent binding, made of tortoise shell with hinges and silver buckles. Silver angles at the corners of the binding.

On both sides of the binding, there is a pair of hands raised in blessing, hands of a kohen, also in silver. Silver cartouche on the back binding etched Chamishah Chumshei Torah [Hebrew].

The binding is in moderate-fine condition; the buckles are intact. Slight blemishes. The spine of the book is reinforced, and two bookmarks have been added.
