Talmud Yerushalmi seder Nezikin, with the commentary Pnei Moshe and the book Mar'eh HaPanim by Rabbi Moshe Margalit.
The text of the Talmud Yerushalmi is at the center of the page, and at its sides are the two commentaries: Pnei Moshe - something of a Rash"i commentary; and Mar'eh HaPanim - something of a Tosafot; references to verses and to the Talmud Yerushalmi are printed in the margins of the pages, similar to the Torah Ohr and the Masoret HaShas.
This is the first edition of these important commentaries on the Yerushalmi, as they were printed by the author. These commentaries are studied to this day, and they are printed in most editions of the Talmud Yerushalmi.
